DISCLAIMER: Recently due to my identity being stolen, a false account under my real name, someone blatently using my name on someone else's artwork to falsely pass it off as mine, I have been wrongly accused of stealing someone elses work. Here are some general rules about how I operate myself and this site:

First off, the work you see here is the only works I have created. Any other works without watermarks on them are stolen and are being used without my consent and therefore I should be notified about this.

All work on this website is property and © copyright of Lindsay Podd. Any violation of my artwork, stealing photos of me, my work, and using my FULL NAME as an account or alias is a serious offence and I will be forced to take legal actions against those parties. You are not allowed to use my name as any alias or web presence. You are not allowed to repost any of my artwork without crediting me or emailing me to let me know and where it is being placed. You are not allowed to use my name on ANYONE else's artwork or distribute my name to any angencies, companies or organizations. Failure to comply to these requests will immediately be solved through LEGAL ACTION.
